Who the Lord has blessed, no one can destroy – Denkyira Traditional Council to Bawumia

"Since you were elected Flagbearer, we have noticed the decency in your communication. You do not insult. You are always talking about your policies and preaching against indecent comments."

The Denkyira Traditional Council has expressed its absolute belief and confidence in Vice President and Flagbearer of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in his bid to serve Ghana as President. 

Welcoming Dr. Bawumia to Dunkwa on Offin  Wednesday during his campaign tour of the area, the Denkyira Traditional Council, in a speech read by Nana Kwame Nkrumah II, said, Dr. Bawumia has been blessed, and no one can destroy him. 

“Who the Lord has blessed, no one can destroy,”  said the Chiefs.

Rains fell in the town as Dr. Bawumia arrived, and the Traditional Council said it signaled enormous blessings to the town through Dr. Bawumia.

“Your presence here is a blessing for all of us. The first sign of blessings you have brought to us is the rain. We have not seen the rains here for some time now but today that you have been here,   God has opened the heavens for the rains to fall to coincide with your visit, which is indeed a sign of blessings. It signifies victory.”

“The Denkyira Traditional Council also commended Dr. Bawumia for his conduct and decency in the 2024 campaign.

“Since you were elected Flagbearer, we have noticed the decency in your communication. You do not insult. You are always talking about your policies and preaching against indecent comments,” they said. 

“We have not heard you  insult anyone since you started your campaign and this shows that indeed you are a man of wisdom who thinks deeply.”

“You are humble and you have lots of respect for the elderly and for everybody. May God bless you more.’

The Chiefs used the opportunity to commend the Akufo-Addo government for doing a great job, including the implementation of Free SHS, which they said has brought relief to many homes in Denkyira.
