The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, on Friday, April 12, 2024, was made a fellow of Rotary Club International.
He was inducted as a Paul Harris Fellow at the maiden district conference of the Rotary Club International District 9104 at the Golden Bean Hotel in Kumasi.
Present at the event were the IGP, Dr George Akufo Dampare; Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon Simon Osei Mensah; and the GOC of the Central Command, Brig. Gen. Michael Opoku.

Other dignitaries included Rotary International President Representative, Drew Kessler; the Governor of Rotary District 9104, Mr David Osei Amankwaa Junior; and Past Rotary International Director (PRID), Mr. Sam Okudzeto.
