The Ghana Police has arrested a Togolese and his Ghanaian accomplice for the alleged murder of a US woman, Naomi Jehubiyah at Nyinasen, near Cape Coast, the Central Region.
A statement from the Police on Sunday said the suspects, Wisdom Sete, a Togolese, and Yussif Afrim were arrested on Friday, at Assin-Prasso although details of when the alleged murder happened were withheld.
Additionally, Police said their investigations indicate that the victim was the fiancée of suspect Wisdom Sete.
“The body has been deposited at the Cape Coast morgue for preservation and autopsy. Two vehicles belonging to the deceased have been retrieved from the suspects who are currently in custody assisting police investigations,” the statement added.
