“The High Court in Accra has denied the application by former Chief Executive Officer of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), Mr. Agyenim Boateng Adjei, for the release of his passport to facilitate travel outside the country,” the OSP said in an update, indicating their lawyers opposed the request citing the example of Sedinam Tamakloe, the former MASLOC boss who failed to return to country after her passport was released on medical grounds.
