Amenfi Central Constituency: NDC Suspends Four Executives For Anti-party Conduct

Reports indicate the suspension was due to a lawsuit some members of the party filed against Joana Cudjoe Gyan, the party’s parliamentary candidate.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended four executives in the Amenfi Central Constituency to conduct a probe into alleged “anti-party behaviour.”

Mr. Raphael Andoh Kwaw, a Constituency Chairman, Mr. Richmond Aleke a Constituency Organizer, Grace Kwaw a Women’s Organizer, and Janet Fynn Deputy Women’s Organizer,  have been suspended for six months, a statement said, although no further details leading to the suspension were given.

However, reports indicate that the suspension was due to a lawsuit filed by some members of the party against Joana Cudjoe Gyan, the party’s parliamentary candidate. Mrs. Cudjoe Gyan was injuncted by the Sekondi High Court on Wednesday over allegations that she forged her voter ID and NDC party card.
