The New Patriotic Party has sent a high-powered delegation to the Manhyia Palace following an invitation extended to Chairman Bernard Antwi Bosiako to the Palace over comments made against the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
The Delegation comprises the National Chairman of the Party, Mr. Stephen Ayensu Ntim, the National Secretary, Justin Frimpong Kodua, the Ashanti Regional Minister Hon. Simon Osei Mensah, the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs who is also the Member of Parliament for Suame, Hon Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu and the Minister for chieftaincy and Regional Integration, Hon Asamoah Boateng.
The Asanteman council has received them but there is an ongoing secret meeting by the traditional council before they will meet the NPP delegations.
