Chad to Provide Free Water and Electricity for Households

Critics say the move is meaningless as several parts in the capital, N'Djamena, have faced a power outage for the past two weeks.

The government of Chad has announced that it will provide free water and electricity for households until the end of the year.

This initiative, according to the government will also clear water and electricity bills for residents with outstanding arrears.
