Claudia Lumor to Host Annual Summit for Female CEOs

The summit scheduled for April 17, 2024, at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra, will bring together prominent female CEOs from various industries for a day of insightful discussions and networking prospects.

The  Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of  Glitz Africa, Claudia Kwarteng Lumor,  is set to host the yearly Female CEOs Summit in Ghana.

The summit scheduled for April 17, 2024, at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra, will bring together prominent female CEOs from various industries for a day of insightful discussions and networking prospects.

Under the theme, ‘Leading Ghana’s Digital Renaissance: Women CEOs Shaping the Future of Business and Innovation’, this year’s summit aims to explore the contributions of women in propelling digital transformation and innovation in the business sectors within Ghana.

The event will feature the Vice President of the Republic, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, as the guest speaker.

Since its initiation, the Female CEOs Summit will offer a platform for impactful conversations, networking, mentorship, and the exchange of knowledge by influential people in leadership positions.

As the convener of the summit, Claudia Lumor brings her experience and a deep commitment on board to fostering gender diversity and inclusion in corporate leadership.

In addition to honouring top female CEOs, the summit will feature a lineup of distinguished speakers, including the CEO of Telecel Ghana, Patricia Obo-Nai, CEO of Cirrus Oil Services Limited, and Ivy Apea Owusu, among others.

These women will share insights, experiences and the challenges faced by female CEOs, to motivate other women to overcome obstacles and succeed in their own areas of expertise.

Through strategic partnerships and initiatives, Claudia aims to establish a supportive ecosystem that fosters the growth and advancement of female leaders at all stages of their careers.

The Female CEOs Summit is a testament to Claudia Lumor’s dedication to advancing women’s leadership and instigating substantial change in Ghana’s business sector.

Renowned for her commitment to championing women’s empowerment and leadership, Claudia Kwarteng Lumor, is a Ghanaian Publisher and founder of Glitz Africa Magazine and the Glitz Style Awards.  She is also the Executive Producer of Glitz Africa Fashion Week Ghana.

Claudia graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Law. She furthered her education in the United Kingdom, studying Corporate Finance Law at the University of Westminster Law School in London.
