In a press release, the group explained that the passing of Kwabena Kwakye also known as Wofa KK on February 14 has negatively impacted their preparation for their annual event. According to them, Wofa KK was a close relative and a patron of the group. Therefore, they stated further, that family and behind gatherings scheduled would hinder their preparations for the Kwahu event, which was slated for March 31, 2024.
