DJ Loft Set to Play at the Basketball Africa League Finals

The Ghanaian Disc jockey will be thrilling spectators with songs at halftime and closing ceremonies of the Basketball Africa League.

Ghanaian radio, and events disc jockey, DJ Loft also known as ‘The Dangerous DJ’ is set to play at the Basketball Africa League Finals in Rwanda.

The Ghanaian Disc jockey will be thrilling spectators with songs at halftime and closing ceremonies of the Basketball Africa League.

Rwanda will host the Basketball Africa League playoffs and finals from 24 May – 1 June, 2024, to mark the end of an African tour, which saw games played in Egypt, Senegal, and South Africa.

The Basketball Africa League (BAL) is the premier men’s basketball league in Africa. The National Basketball Association (NBA) and International Basketball Federation (FIBA) created the league in 2019. The league consists of 12 African teams who must qualify for the BAL based on their performance in their domestic competitions.

DJ Loft began his career as a club DJ as the resident DJ at Cinderella’s nightclub. He began working for YFM in 2015 as the Saturday Morning Live DJ.  DJ Loft has performed at high-profile events such as Cardi B’s concert in Ghana, Afrochella, The Onga Jollof Battle: Ghana vs Nigeria, Big Shaq in Ghana, and others. He began his career as a club DJ as the resident DJ at Cinderella’s nightclub.

He was nominated for Best Mobile DJ and Best Nightclub DJ at the Ghana Awards DJ in 2019, as well as DJ of the Year at the Ghana Music and Arts Awards, Europe
