Dr Kingsley Nyarko Wins NPP primaries in Kwadaso Constituency

The executive secretary of the National Accreditation Board (NAB), Dr Kingsley Nyarko, has won the Kwadaso Constituency primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The NAB boss beat the incumbent MP, Dr SK Nuamah and one Vincent Frimpong Manu who contested with him.

He polled 172 votes while Dr SK Nuamah polled 148 votes in the keenly contested primary.

There was high security presence in the Kwadaso Constituency as the party organised the suspended primary today.

The Kwadaso primary was held up due to objections raised about the voter album to be used for the election on Saturday. The main NPP primaries was held on Saturday June 20 ahead of the 2020 General Elections.
