Following the release of his “Push ups” track aimed at Kendrick Lamar and co, Drake has released another song aimed at Lamar in an attempt to elicit a response from the Compton rapper.
On Friday night, the Canadian rapper teased the new song “Taylor Made Freestyle” on his Instagram account, captioning it “While we wait on you I guess.”
Interestingly, the track begins with an Artificial Intelligence 2Pac verse in which he addresses Kendrick Lamar in light of the current situation with Drake.
“Kendrick we need ya, the West Coast saviour. Engraving your name in some hip-hop history, call him a bitch for me. Talk about him liking young girls as a gift for me,” raps a computer-generated 2Pac voice.

The second verse also proceeds with an Artificial Intelligence verse from Snoop Dogg admonishing Lamar about his silence.
“World is watching this chess game, oh but you are out of moves Dot. You know that the OG never fucking doubted you, but right now it seems you like you posted up without a clue or what the fuck you bout to do”.
Drake himself follows up with the final verse pretty much taunting Kendrick about his failure to drop a response to the “Push Ups” track released over a week ago.
“The first one really only took me an hour or two. The next one is really bout to bring out the coward in you. But now we gotta wait a f***ing week cause Taylor Swift is your new Top, and if you bout to drop, she gotta approve.”
He then mocked Lamar’s inability to write a song because he is struggling:
“Dot, I know you’re in that NY apartment, you struggling right now, I know it. In the notepad doing lyrical gymnastics, my boy. You better have a Motherf***ng quintuple entendre on that sh*t, some sh*t I don’t even understand, like that sh*t better be crazy, we waiting on you.” Drake rapped.
Rap enthusiasts are speculating that Drake is behind the 2pac and Snoop Dogg verses, but altered his voice with A.I to in order to rap from their perspectives to get Lamar to respond.
