E.L Fuses Pop and Amapiano In Surprise Track “No Jaga”

Versatile Ghanaian artist Elom Adablah, popularly known as E.L, comes through with a new single titled “No Jaga.” The self-composed single follows his 2023 Azonto-infused EP, The Teacher. Released as a surprise track on February 1, “No Jaga” showcases E.L’s signature style while introducing fresh elements. The single is a mid-tempo and feel-good fusion of pop and amapiano, adding to E.L’s diverse catalogue, which encompasses various genres.

Giving more insights into “No Jaga,” E.L explained that “Jaga Jaga” meant haphazard, as he sought to evoke a sense of shedding all haphazardness, embracing a sense of order and clarity as we enter the new year. When asked for a fun story about the recording process, he said, “I recorded background vocals directly with a laptop microphone because I didn’t want to lose the idea and ended up using it in the final song.”
