Movement for Change leader, Alan Kyerematen has promised Ghana’s Traders Association to establish a dedicated Task Force to intervene in regulating the involvement of foreign retailers in local trade.
At a meeting with the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) this week, Mr. Kyerematen outlined what he called a battle plan for safeguarding local businesses and fueling economic development.
“This Task Force will rigorously enforce laws regulating foreign involvement in local trade, ensuring the protection and prosperity of our local businesses,” he wrote on X.
