A seven-member review panel of the Supreme Court presided over by Justice Anin-Yeboah has dismissed the review application filed by former President John Dramani Mahama.
Mr. Mahama’s application for review was premised on the court’s earlier dismissal of a request to have the Electoral Commission served to respond to some 12 interrogatories.
However, after hearing the review application, the court unanimously dismissed the review on grounds that it has not satisfied the court with exceptional circumstances to warrant the grant of the application.
