Elections 2024: Barbers To Get Certification Under Dr Bawumia

Hon. Joseph Cudjoe who is also the Coordinator for Bawumia’s Campaign Team expressed regret that many indigenous businesses were not regulated, and have been sadly been left on their own.

The Minister of Public Enterprises, Hon. Joseph Cudjoe, has assured barbers in the country that they would be certified and regulated if Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is voted into power in December 2024. He gave the assurance at a meeting with the barbers on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

According to him, “It is important for indigenous businesses that have not yet been registered to register and formally be part of the Ghanaian business community”.

Hon. Joseph Cudjoe who is also the Coordinator for Bawumia’s Campaign Team expressed regret that many indigenous businesses were not regulated, and have been sadly been left on their own.

To him, “This exclusion does not augur well for the formulation of policies and planning, as well as the growth of these businesses in the informal sector”.
