Elections 2024: Bawumia’s “Bold Solutions” Campaign Bus Moves to The North

After what his team describes as very successful tour of Ahafo and Bono Regions, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is now on the move to 3 northern regions.

The Flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP} Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, is continuing his campaign tour of the country to sell his message of “Bold Solutions” to the electorates.

After what his team describes as a very successful tour of the Ahafo and Bono Regions, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is now on the move to 3 northern regions. 

According to his “Bold Solutions Campaign Tour” handlers, Dr Bawumia who is also the Vice-President of the Republic, is scheduled to be in the  North-East Region on Monday, May 13, 2024; Savanna Region on Wednesday, May 16, 2024; and, Northern Region on Thursday, May 16, 2024.

Commenting on his tour of the Ahafo Region, Dr Bawumia said, “Tuesday, May 7, 2024, I was in Ahafo Region, engaging with constituents, listening to their challenges, sharing my vision for Ghana post-2024, and igniting the energies of the youth”.

After interacting with members of the House, the President of the Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs, Nana Ansah Adu Baah, Nana Ansah Adu Baah, commended the Vice-President for his excellent delivery and was hopeful that given the nod, Dr Bawumia would be the kind of President Ghanaians need.

“The way Dr Bawumia is humble is so admirable. I believe if he continues as our next President, it will be good for this country and the next generation. Let us help him and vote for him massively because he has good policies for this country. And his humility is really good for this country because it promotes peace and unity,” Nana Adu Baah said.

On his Bono visit the NPP Flagbearer said, “I started my tour of the Bono region with the clergy and leaders of faith-based organizations.  It was a solemn spiritual exercise to begin the tour with, and I am grateful to the religious leaders for their prayers, views, and wise counsel”.

He expressed his gratitude to them for the words of wisdom and counsel given him by the chiefs and their commitment to work collaboratively with him.

“I had a meeting with Nananom to apprise them of my visit, updates on some national issues and my vision for the country, when by the grace of God I get the blessings of Ghanaians to serve in a new capacity as the President of the Republic,” the Vice-President said.

Dr Bawumia said on Facebook that he shared his vision with the traditional leaders to ensure a holistic, inclusive national development agenda that will enhance the participation of chiefs in the governance of the country.

“Among others, I made a firm pledge to ensure that traditional leaders are involved in the licensing of Miners,” he said.
