The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has reduced the life ban imposed on former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President, Kwesi Nyantakyi to twelve years.
Mr. Nyantakyi was banned for life from all football-related activities by FIFA in October 2018.
The development came four months after the renowned administrator was captured in an investigative documentary engaging in alleged acts of corruption.
Kwesi Nyantaky was prior to his resignation from the GFA the first-vice president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), President of WAFU and a member of the prestigious FIFA Council.
