Florida Rapper Foolio Killed in Deadly Shooting at Birthday Celebration

Before his birthday party, Jones had survived two assassination attempts in the last three years

American drill rapper, Charles Jones, also known as, Julio Foolio, has reportedly been shot and killed by unidentified gunmen alleged to be rival gang members on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

According to reports, the rapper was murdered at the Holiday Inn hotel in Tampa, Florida. Initially, Foolio, who was celebrating his 26th birthday at an Airbnb over the weekend, was asked by the Florida police to bring the party to an end, due to the excessive noise and large number of people at the premises.

The Florida-based rapper vacated the premises and posted videos of the new location on his Instagram story. Unfortunately, the fatal shooting that claimed the life of the “Final Destination” hitmaker occurred shortly after, leaving three people injured, according to a statement from the Florida police. On the other hand, it has been reported that the victims are still alive and responding to medical care.
