Ghana’s COVID-19 Cases hit 4.7k with 494 Recoveries

Accra, Ghana – After seeing the biggest daily spike yesterday May 9, Ghana’s coronavirus case count has increased to 4,700 with 494 recoveries and 22 deaths.

The latest update was announced by the president in his ninth address to the nation on measures taken in the fight against COVID-19.

While at it, the president also indicated the ban on public gathering has been extended till the end of May.
