The Gutsy Women Foundation under Founder and President, Ms. Raynelle Nana Yaa Yeboah Boadu, has organized its first Gutsy Women’s Conference at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) Conference Room at the University of Ghana, Legon Campus on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
The conference which was in honour of the rich history of women, the world over, joined the global fraternity of womanhood in celebrating the achievements of the female gender.
Under the theme: “Inspiring Inclusion – The State Of Today’s Woman”, the occasion saw women from diverse backgrounds utilizing the Gutsy Women’s Conference platform to advocate for change, challenge the status quo and inspire inclusion.
The keynote speaker, Hon. Fatimatu Abubakari, Information Minister-designate, used a blended mix of her personal and professional life experiences to inspire the participants. She also cut the cake in commemoration of the official launch of the Gutsy Women Foundation.

Opening the conference Ms. Raynelle Boadu drew on her experiences and her deep knowledge of gender advocacy to whip enthusiasm and interests of the participants.
Gutsy Women’s Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women and girls. It works to raise awareness concerning women’s rights, promote gender equity, and increase women’s participation in economic and democratic processes.
The Foundation aims at cultivating a society where women and girls are recognised, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
