Gospel music enthusiasts and Christians alike were united in a charged atmosphere of praise and worship at the just concluded Praise Reloaded 2024 concert, headlined by gospel artiste Joe Mettle.
The 12th edition of the concert-themed “The Holy Spirit Encounter,” was hosted on June 30, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium. The free concert was moved to a larger venue, to enable attendees to attend and experience a powerful night of worship and spiritual transformation.
The concert featured powerful performances from guest artiste including Luigi Maclean, MOG, Ohemaa Mercy, Pastor Isaiah, Nathaniel Bassey, Sunmisola Agbebi, and Team Eternity Ghana, who thrilled attendees with their hit song “Defe Defe.”
The guest acts took turns to deliver ecstatic performances, with a surprise performance by American gospel musician William McDowell.

Finally, the moment the crowd had been waiting for arrived as Joe Mettle took the stage, captivating the audience with his beloved hits, including “Bonooni”, “Kadosh” “My Everything” amongst other songs which sparked a thunderous sing-along from the crowd.
The concert, which drew a massive crowd, was graced by several dignitaries, including Bishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, Sam George of the NDC, Bishop Gideon Titi-Ofei, Founder of Pleasant Place Church, Bishop Tackie-Yaboi, Prophet Nanasei Opoku-Sarkodie, General Overseer of The Potter’s City, and Prophet Gideon Danso, Global Lead Pastor of Empowerment Worship Centre.
