Award-winning Ghanaian gospel artiste, Joe Mettle, is set to headline his annual gospel concert dubbed “Praise Reloaded” on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The annual free concert themed this year as “The Holy Spirit Encounter,” has been in existence since 2012. It is expected to bring together stakeholders, friends of Joe Mettle, and fans of gospel music for an inspiring evening of praise and worship.
The show will also feature gospel performances by MOGmusic, Ohemaa Mercy, Pastor Isaiah, Nathaniel Bassey, Sunmisola Agbebi, Kofi Peprah, Luigi, Enuonyam, Team Eternity Ghana, and Jumbo Aniebiet, among others.

Joseph Oscar Nii Armah Mettle is a contemporary gospel artist who began his music career as a backing vocalist for veteran Ghanaian musicians such as Cindy Thompson and the late Danny Nettey. He later became the lead singer for the legendary gospel music group Soul Winners. He is regarded as Ghana’s most successful gospel music export, having produced several gospel songs such as “Bo Noo Ni,” “Onwanwani,” “My Everything,” and “Ye Obua Mi,” among others.
Joe Mettle made history as the first Ghanaian gospel artist to be named Artiste of the Year at the 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs), now known as the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs).
