Schardo Mitch’s rise from internet enthusiast to a social media sensation that commands hundreds of thousands of followers is the kind of achievement many would expect from the spitting image of Nana Mitch, his elder twin.
As the other half of the dynamic Mitch Brothers, people might assume Schardo Mitch lives in the shadow of his twin, Nana Mitch. However, this is not the case. Although he often appears alongside his brother in every headline about their latest ambassadorial deals – Clozar Africa, LifeTaste, CompuGhana, Pizzaman-Chickenman, etcetera – this is not due to their bond. He has been instrumental in their success.
Like his famous sibling, Schardo Mitch is a popular social media personality and a content creator extraordinaire in his own right. These qualities have seen him garner over a quarter million followers across his Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram, and have secured him a feature on platforms like GQ South Africa.
That is as far as his similarities with his twin brother go beyond looks. Schardo Mitch, officially known as Padmond Annor Jr., adds an extra layer of depth to his talent pool: he is a lifestyle influencer and a talented film director. Born in Sefwi Wiawso, Schardo’s journey unfolds like a good piece of cinema.

He would end up at the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), where he earned a Diploma in Film and Television Production in 2016.
He kickstarted a digital revolution – the eponymous Schardo TV and Productions while on campus, a channel aimed at providing comic relief to social media users together with his brother. At this point, history was made.
This initiative marked a turning point for the rising internet sensation, leading to a cascade of projects that have since solidified him as a creative powerhouse.
In 2022, he and his twin brother orchestrated the MB26 celebration – a nostalgic tribute to Ghana’s 65th Independence Day. It was a moment of national pride, marked by a striking depiction of the country’s cultural heritage and wealth through beautiful kente pieces. Another notable mention was his “Words Matter” campaign – a rallying cry against cyberbullying.
This February, Schardo and his brother ventured into the fragrance world. The two launched bespoke ceramic-scented candles, christened Relief by MB: the ultimate form of relaxation. As you would expect, such initiatives have secured him industry-wide recognition.
Last year, Schardo Mitch snagged two nominations: “Media Fashion Personality of the Year” and “Content Creator of the Year” at the Ghana Modeling & Fashion Awards and Young Achievers Summit & Awards, respectively. This year, he made the nomination shortlist for the 2024 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA as “Social Media Influencer of the Year.”
Schardo Mitch may move in tandem with his twin, but he is not resting on their shared achievements. He is equally a highly motivated and ambitious fellow whose spotlight continues to widen as he dances to his own rhythm.
