NDC to Launch 2024 Manifesto in July

The opposition National Democratic Congress will unveil its 2024 manifesto later this year in July, John Mahama, the party’s flagbearer has announced.

Mahama announced at a campaign durbar today, April 15, at Kambatiak, in the Bunkpurugu-Nakpanduri constituency of the North-East Region.

“This is the last of the building Ghana Tour. The next phase is the public presentation of Naana Jane as my running-mate and that is going to take place on the 24th of April. After that would be the launching of our campaign teams. And then in July, we will outdoor the manifesto. We will launch the manifesto officially in July,” he said.

He told the gathering if elected as president, he would establish regional hospitals in each of the new regions, a commercial bank in Bunkpurugu, a military barracks, an anti-armed robbery squad in Bunkpurugu, and fix uncompleted roads.

“We are going to do the 24-hour economy system. It is going to help many of our young people to find employment,” he said about his party’s flagship policy, which is very likely to be included in the party’s manifesto.
