One person is reported dead in a fire outbreak at Kwahu Obomeng in the Kwahu South Municipal Assembly of the Eastern Region.
The fire occurred at the renowned Level 3 Pub, a popular establishment celebrated for its unique ambiance and hosting of Kwahu Easter festivities.
The fire, which erupted around 1:30 am on Sunday, March 3, 2024, engulfed the pub, claiming the life of one individual.
Additionally, several others sustained injuries and have been hospitalized for treatment, adding to the gravity of the situation.

The incident occurred amidst heavy rainfall, exacerbated by strong winds, amplifying the challenges faced by responders and exacerbating the intensity of the blaze.
The National Fire Service has however commenced investigations into the cause of the fire outbreak.
