Members of Parliament are expected to resume full sitting on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
The parliamentary session will start at 10:00 am and will involve the tabling of various legislative bills for consideration and debate.
“Pursuant to Order 58 of the Standing Orders of Ghana, I, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin Speaker of Parliament hereby give notice that the third meeting of the fourth session of the eighth Parliament of the fourth Republic shall commence on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Ten o’clock am in the forenoon at Parliament House, Accra,” a portion of the recall notice reads.

This follows after a petition submitted on May 3, 2024, by Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin led to the recall of an emergency meeting aiming to address pending government business.
