Politician A-Plus Reveals ‘he Goes to bed Locked and Loaded’

A-Plus revealed that the death of Fennec Okyere, Kwaw Kese's former manager, who was murdered in cold blood at his home in 2014, prompted his decision to sleep armed. A-Plus declared he was not willing to go down without a fight.

Musician and politician, A-Plus, has disclosed that he sleeps at night with a firearm in his hand, for fear of getting murdered by intruders and people who want to end his life due to his controversial political rants.

In a recent interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz program, A-Plus, when asked by the host, if online threats have led to real-life dangers in his life, disclosed that he once gave out his residential address to some individuals,  who threatened to end his life, but they failed to show up. He claimed that he always carries a weapon, even when he’s sleeping or serving as a pundit on UTV’s late-night show.

“I gave two people who threatened me, my house address, they couldn’t come… see when you fall asleep, you probably do so with your phone in your hand. When I am sleeping, I hold my gun in my hand. Even sometimes, when I am sitting on UTV, I have a gun in my pants. I am not Fennec,” he added.

“Fennec was in his room, sleeping, and waiting, for someone to break in, cut his fence, and enter to murder him. I couldn’t give the pictures out, I was one of the first people to be there. I still have it on my phone… when I look it at, I tell myself I am not going down like that. Even if I am laid in state, you will see me smiling because I shot someone before dying,” he explained.
