In a dramatic turn of events during parliamentary proceedings on Tuesday, Feb. 13, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, Member of Parliament for Assin Central, clashed with his colleague Sylvester Tetteh on the floor of Parliament.

Reports indicate that the confrontation between Kennedy Agyapong and Sylvester Tetteh on was sparked by Agyapong’s approach to Tetteh to request repayment of a debt. As the situation escalated Deputy Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo Markin was prompted to intervene. To avert a potential brawl, Markin escorted Sylvester Tetteh out of the Parliament.

Later reports indicate that Kennedy Agyapong has resolved to go after the Bortianor-Ngleshie-Amanfro MP to obtain what is due to him, suggesting that what happened on th floor of parliament is just the start of the show.
