Spain’s COVID-19 deaths below 100 after two months of despair

The health ministry of Spain has reported today that Spain’s daily death toll from the coronavirus is 87, a drop below 100 for the first time in two months.

Spain is one of the countries who have suffered the devastating effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

Globally, more than 4.6 million people have been infected and more than 312,000 have died from COVID-19, according to Johns Hopkins University. Almost 1.7 million people have recovered.

In Ghana, recovery rate has shot up after the health ministry announced that about 30 per cent of confirmed COVID-19 patients have recovered.
