Stonebwoy Wins Best African Dancehall Entertainer at IRAWMA

Stonebwoy now holds a total of three IRAWMA awards.

Iconic Afro-Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, won the Best African Dancehall Entertainer award at the just ended 41st International Reggae & World Music Awards (I.R.A.W.M.A).

Seven artists, including Stonebwoy and another Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, were nominated for the category this year.

Stonebwoy’s win in this category is his second, following previous victories in 2016 for Most Promising Artiste and Best African Dancehall Entertainer in 2020. He now holds a total of three IRAWMA awards.

Established in 1982, IRAWMA  was designed to acknowledge and honour the accomplishments and contributions of reggae and world music artists, including songwriters, performers, promoters and musicians.
