WHO Boss in Quarantine After Being Exposed to Person with COVID-19

The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has confirmed that he proceeding to quarantine himself in the coming days after being exposed to a person with COVID-19.

Dr. Tedros said he is taken this decision in line with WHO’s protocols, but currently does not have any symptoms.

“I have been identified as a contact of someone who has tested positive for #COVID19.I am well and without symptoms but will quarantine in the coming days, in line with WHO protocols”- Dr. Tedros tweeted.
