Born Arnold Nii Aryeetey in Accra, Yhaw Hero started as a battle rapper in Senior High school and gained a lot of attention with his freestyle videos.
In 2022, his freestyle Genesis went viral on TikTok, catching the industry’s attention. With likes of Don Jazzy and Ghanaian influencers like Kwadwo Sheldon, KalyJay, Sneaker Nyame And Emmanuel Quarshie endorsing him massively.
Yhaw Hero labels his genre as Ghetto Gospel since he deems himself a Preacher from the Ghetto.
