American rapper and producer, Kanye West, has been served with a lawsuit filed by his former employee, Lauren Pisciota, for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and contract termination.
The lawsuit, filed on June 3, 2024, claims that the “Good Life” rapper sent Pisciota unwarranted pictures of his private parts while was she working as Kanye West’s assistant for two years. Pisciota was the only fan model before working for the rapper who agreed to pay her $1 million in wages under the condition that she would always be available to work. The two worked on the Yeezy fashion line for women and collaborated on three songs on the rapper’s Donda album.
According to the lawsuit, Kanye West asked Pisciota to delete her account from the only fan site in 2022, offering her a $1 million payment, to which she agreed. However, Kanye West did not pay her in accordance with the initial agreement and began sending her sexually explicit texts and videos. She claims that the rapper masturbated in her presence in a plane’s private room and during phone conversations.
In September 2022, Pisciota was fired for no apparent reason following her promotion to Chief of Staff for the rapper’s Yeezy clothing brand. She was supposed to receive a $3 million severance package, which was never paid. Excerpts of the lawsuit claimed Kanye West has an “obsession” with her. He was constantly “stalking” her apartment after she was “wrongfully terminated.”

Lauren Pisciota is suing Kanye West for $4 million, alleging fraud, unpaid wages, intentional infliction of emotional distress, as well as sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
This will not be the first time Kanye West has made headlines for engaging in lewd behaviour. In April 2024, Benjamin Deshon Pravo, a security guard at Donda Academy, sued Kanye West for racial discrimination. He claimed that West treated white employees with more dignity than Black employees. He also claimed he was fired because he refused to cut his dreadlocks.
In the same month, Trevor Phillips, who worked at Donda Academy and for Yeezy, sued Kanye West for discrimination and creating a hostile work environment. Phillips claimed that Kanye West threatened to shave the heads of students and lock them in cages.
Employees of Kanye West alleged in November 2023 that the rapper had shown intimate photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian in job interviews as well as pornographic movies during staff meetings.
