67 Entries ‘Erroneously’ Included on Government’s Performance Tracker Website

But since its launch, there've been criticisms and comments from the opposition, who have accused the government of listing projects that were already operational before it took office.

The government has indicated that 67 entries were mistakenly listed on the platform that it recently launched to track government infrastructure.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the official page of the government’s Performance Tracker said it had corrected the errors after the public drew its attention to the mistake. It is not clear yet if those entries were about projects implemented or general data on sectors listed on the platform.

Launched on Wednesday, April 10, the ‘Performance Tracker’ a flagship tool of the current administration, has been touted as this government’s way of staying accountable to the public. The government claims the platform covers 13,000 projects that it has executed since taking office in 2017.
