Accusers of Sean Combs to Testify Against him in Court

Additionally, Sean "Diddy" Combs was sued by music producer Rodney Jones, better known by his stage name Lil Rod, for alleged serious offences such as harassment, sexual assault, and racketeering.

The accusers of Sean Combs are set to testify against him in front of a federal grand jury in New York for a potential indictment of the rapper by the US Justice Department.

The report follows the numerous lawsuits filed against the rapper and business mogul in 2023. The victims who filed the lawsuits have been notified by investigators that they may be asked to testify against Combs in front of the grand jury.

The jury will comprise citizens who are called upon by prosecutors to evaluate evidence and testify, as well as to vote on whether there is sufficient evidence to prosecute a suspect. The proceedings are kept secret.

Combs who has a total of seven lawsuits filed against him has denied all the allegations and claims with his attorneys labelling the accusations as false, baseless and an avenue to make money off the rapper.
