he Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has warned Ghanaians to be wary of fake tapes that would be released by the main opposition political party, National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the final days of campaigning.
Reacting to a video of President Akufo-Addo allegedly receiving a bribe from a lady which was released by the NDC, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah said the video is only a tip of the iceberg.
According to him, they expect the NDC to be releasing several doctored tapes in an attempt to discredit President Akufo-Addo so Ghanaians won’t vote for him.
In a statement copied to GhanaNewsPage.Com, Oppong Nkrumah said the former President is relying on the fake videos because he sees it as the last straw to save his sinking campaign.
He therefore called on Ghanaians to be wary of those videos.
